HALL RENTAL INFORMATION

 

 

The Arlington Heights Merle Guild American Legion Post 208 has two beautiful halls available to rent.

 

Members of the Merle Guild American Legion Post 208, Sons of the American Legion and Auxiliary should inquire about special pricing for their members.

 

Rental fees are adjusted for memorials for members and Veterans.

 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to be a

 

member of the American Legion Post 208

 

to rent our halls.

Main Banquet Hall - $500.00

(120 people / 5 hours)

($75.00 each additional hour) 

 

Commander's Room - $250.00

(40 people/5 hours)

($35.00 each additional hour)

 

Deposit (Per Hall) - $100.00

(Non-refundable within 90 days of rental date)

 

Kitchen Usage - $50.00

(No cooking / warm-up only)

 

Security Personnel (5 hours) - $50.00

($15.00 each additional hour)

 

Bartender (Portable Bar - 5 hours) - $50.00

($15.00 each additional hour)

 

Coffee Urn with 80 Cups/Condiments - $25.00

 

Domestic Beer - $175.00

(1/2 Keg - 200, 12 oz. glasses)

 

Import Beer - Market Price

 

Wine - Market Price

 

All contracts to be finalized by Rental Chairman 

 

 

 

Our Bar is available for all mixed drinks.

Bar Last Call is as follows:

Sunday - 8:30 PM

Monday thru Thursday - 10:30 PM

Friday - 12:30 AM

Saturday - 11:30 PM

 

 

 

PER VILLAGE ORDINANCE, ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

MUST BE PURCHASED FROM POST 208, AND ABSOLUTELY

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED TO BE

BROUGHT INTO OR OUT OF POST 208.
